Hotel Del Rio was a delightful retreat for our Christmas getaway. the room felt like a cozy home away from home, with its charming decor and comfortable amenities. the grounds, surrounded by lush trees and vibrant flowers, provided a serene backdrop for unwinding by the pool after a day of exploring. We opted for breakfast on the terrace by the pool, enjoying a delicious spread of scrambled eggs, chilaquiles, and fresh fruit. the service was impeccable, setting a perfect start to our day. the on-site restaurant, Los Arcos, offered a fantastic dinner experience with mouthwatering fajitas and enchiladas, topped off by a heavenly slice of chocolate cake. The location of the hotel was convenient, making it easy to explore the local market and Alvaro Obregon Monument. the staff at the front desk were friendly and always ready to assist, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. We also appreciated the tours assistance offered, giving us the opportunity to visit the nearby colonial town of Alamos. Overall, Hotel Del Rio exceeded our expectations with its warm hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and excellent amenities. It was the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature, making our Christmas holiday truly memorable.
